In response to protests after the unjust death of George Floyd, the Arts Council of Indianapolis commissioned several Indianapolis-based black artists to create 22 murals on boarded up storefronts in Downtown Indianapolis. My dear friend, Andre Parnell was one of the chosen artists. His mural located at ReproGraphix was painted of his vision by several volunteers. The mural will be relocated to the Cultural Trail in 2021.
